Pebble is a series of seating (one chair and two stools) by Benjamin Hubert for De Vorm. He tells us, "The furniture collection is inspired by the form of beach pebbles found washed up by the sea. The design is a combination of rotational moulding, solid oak and CNC formed metal. Rotational moulding is predominantly used for large outdoor furniture. Pebble brings this material indoors and adds an increased sense of sophistication through its form, finish and combination with other materials. Pebble has a low carbon footprint as the seats are manufactured from recyclable polyethylene and the knock down construction contains no additional fixings. The legs locate into the moulded top and are held together under tension by the powder coated steel band."
